Processor may engage subprocessors with appropriate safeguards and remains liable for their compliance.

5. Data Subject Rights

Processor shall assist Controller in responding to data subject requests.

6. Data Breach Notification

Processor shall notify Controller without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach.

7. Data Deletion or Return

Upon termination, Processor shall delete or return personal data as instructed.

8. International Transfers

Transfers outside the EEA shall rely on lawful safeguards such as SCCs.
